Repairs & Cleaning Policy
Iwata-Medea offers repair and cleaning services for all Iwata airbrushes. The following options are available to assist customers in getting the highest quality service available.
1.Telephone Technical Support: Iwata-Medea offers technical support over the phone at no charge. Telephone support includes general usage information, cleaning tips, and troubleshooting.

2. Cleaning & Repair Service: For a fee of $25.00 Iwata-Medea’s professional technician will repair, clean, lube and test your Iwata airbrush. There is an additional charge for any needed replacement parts.
· NOTE: All airbrushes returned for repair must have a Return Authorization Number. Please call 503-253-7308 to obtain an RA number, instructions, and our shipping address.
*Needles and Nozzles need to be replaced from time to time due to ordinary wear and are not covered by the above warranty.

For returns or repairs please call 503-253-7308 ask for an RA (return authorization number) then mail, Fed-Ex or UPS your airbrush or air compressor to:
