• We ship within the 48 Contiguous United States with UPS Ground.
• All UK Stocked items ship with Interlink.
• Other International Shipping will be in the shipping options if available, We ship via the USPS using Global Express mail, 5-8 day delivery.
• Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii will be via the United States Postal Service

• We will ship to APO/FPO address’s as long as it’s a confirmed PayPal address.

• We ship within 2 business days of paid order. Our cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00 EST
• If shipping with an expedited service, please add 1-2 day onto your shipping time, Delivery services do not count the pickup day from our warehouse as part of their shipping estimates.
• Domestic USA Items will be Shipped by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.
• Tracking Numbers will be provided, please check spam folders if you do not receive this within 48 hrs. They are automatically generated and e-mailed for every order!
• If an item is undeliverable, or returned to us because of incorrect, or missing address information, listed in the buyers sales record we will charge a shipping fee to reship the item. If you would prefer to cancel your order, we will refund the originally paid product cost, with a deduction of shipping fees which we incurred.
• Any applicable duties, brokerages, import, customs or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer
If using UPS Ground or any expedited service such at 2-3 days delivery, please add 1-2 extra days onto your delivery estimates. Delivery services do not count the dispatch day as part of the shipping time frame. Counted shipping days do not include holidays, or weekends, only business days.
3. Refund and Exchange
Items Are Eligible for a 14 day refund from Delivery Date, per specifications below.
Warranty Coverage begins based on sales record date per specifications below, and as outlined in equipment documentation.
Spray Tanning Solutions, Skin care or Prep items, Cosmetics, Equipment Cleaners:
Not eligible for return, opened or unopened
We cannot guarantee individual results as personal skin type and many conditions and application techniques can affect the outcome of the developed color, fade and wear. Examples: individual allergies, medications, women’s cycles, hormonal changes, life changes (stress), skin preparation, product depth used, product amount applied, wear time before showering, client applied lotions, scrubs, environmental changes, life style habits etc. Our excellent feedback should assure you that we provide a consistent, fresh and quality product that our many repeat clients find satisfactory.
These items are not eligible for return if you ordered the wrong item. Cosmetic product integrity cannot be guaranteed by us, once it leaves our facility, therefore we are unable to resell these items, and must dispose of them for safety reasons.
Equipment and Supplies:
All Spray Tan Equipment (Sprayer Units) have a 14 day return window. You may try or test your item, but it must be returned undamaged, unbroken, unabused, in new original condition. All components and parts must be included in the return package.
All items must be post marked within 14 days of your delivery date, NOT YOUR PURCHASE DATE.A refund will be issued minus actual shipping costs incurred by Sunless Tan Masters. Buyer responsible for return shipping costs, customs, and or brokerage or other fees. If an item is returned and postmarked after the 14 day window, a 25% restock fee will be charged.
No returns after 30 days accepted, only replacement/repair for warranty issues. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All service/repair returns must have a copy of the sales invoice with a brief explanation for the return. Return postage both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund amount. Repairs not covered under warranty terms will be charged a repair service fee and parts fees, based on technicians evaluation of item. No exceptions.
Pop Up Spray Tan Tents:
Item may be returned within 14 days if in unused, unopened, complete, new original condition. Original and Return postage and fees (both ways) will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund amount. No exceptions. We will replace a defective item 1(one) time within 30 days of buyers delivery date.
Tent and bag must be returned to shippers location. Shipping cost of the original and replacement unit will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to the replacement unit being shipped.
(skin or breathing protective products, applicators, sticky feet, nasal filters, gloves, mitts, sponges) Item may be returned within 14 days if in unused, unopened, new original condition in original package. Return postage both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund amount. No exceptions.
Used or opened items cannot be returned for safety, hygienic reason.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return, mis-delivery, or delay was a result of our error. Customs fees, brokerages, or other shipping related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. On all returns or refunds of “Free Ship” items, buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost paid by Airbrush Tan Masters, to deliver the item to the clients location. Add one business day to all shipping times, including expedited for correct shipping estimates
